What changed
A record is only useful if it stays true. Every time something is added, corrected, flagged or resolved, it is logged here with who said so.
- Added· From his documents
Added his DNA test
His January 19, 2023 DNA report: seven breeds, no increased-risk results among 255 tested conditions, and a note that it has no copper-related test.
- Added· Reported by his family
Added the family's daily routine
Meal and medication times from the family's own sitter schedule. They fill in a time only where his vet's written instructions give none, and are always labeled as the family's routine.
- Flagged· From his documents
Cerenia: his list and his written instruction disagree
The August 25, 2026 medication list says Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The written instruction in the same report says every 24 hours as needed. Both are shown, and the question is open for his vet.
- Added· From his documents
Added his story: five chapters and four patterns
Written from his visit reports, labs and medication lists, each pointing at the records it rests on.
- Added· Reported by his family
Added what his family has noticed
Six family observations on History, each labeled Family observations and marked as not something his vet told them to do. Medication timing and doses were left out.
- Flagged· Reported by his family
Ursodiol: on his written list, but never given
His June and August 2026 medication lists still show ursodiol, but a caregiver was told in person not to give it. Nothing written says so, which is the gap this app exists to show.
How this record stays current
Everything about Theo lives in one structured record, so a fix is made once and shows up everywhere. Here is what happens when his vet removes ursodiol from the written list:
- Mark it stopped. In the Studio, ursodiol's status changes to stopped and gets an end date and a note about the visit.
- Close the loose ends. Its record gap and its question for the vet are marked resolved.
- Log it. A new entry is added to this page: what changed, the date, and that his vet confirmed it.
- Everything updates itself. Within about a minute, the callout on the home page, Today, the sitter brief, Visit prep and the assistant's answers all stop saying it is unresolved, because they all read the same record.
Nothing on this site edits the record from the browser. Changes are made by the owner in the Studio, so every change has a person and a source behind it.
